Stardust Simians

Stardust simians is game I made about a year back, the game is really buggy but still the biggest game I've ever made.

The plot because there kind of is one is this.
You are a monkey who's spaceship broke because another kind of ape attacked it, you've gotten a new ship but they're still attacking and your the one who can defend it.

The major gameplay mechanics are a shop and a gun, the more enemies you kill the more money you have which you spend for upgrades for your monkey and gun. Eventually you can upgrade the ship and buy costumes. The weird murky green/grey stops enemies spawning when you're in the village.
