Me & TRPenguin, developed a rogue-like inspired by tboi and gungeon, and eldritch horror (specifically lovecraftian)

sorry for the any glitches or shoddy craftsmanship, its both our first time working in a team and its my first time doing a jam in about a year and a half.

Rooms might look samey but thats due to lack of content and jam code, the map is generated using Penguin's algorithm and rooms are randomized

Very cool game, but there are some points that need to be finalized.

1. the game feels very slow, I suggest making the gameplay more dynamic

2. Enemies are hitting the wall and it doesn't look good

3. Remove the sometimes appearing very loud sound

yeah we were kind of cruched for time near the end so i couldnt fix how the enemies moved.

They just pick a direction and walk in it for a bit. It's not the best way to do it but it's better than them all standing still you know

If we continue making it after the jam is up it would be one of the first things i would change.

We really struggled with a bug when we were exporting the game to put on the web so we didnt have much time to tweak how the game feels but I do agree it feels a bit slow

I know Cornifer added the loud sounds which are supposed to be some atmospheric growls from are cthulu like monster as he felt they fit well with our theme but 

I'm sorry if they were to loud.
